The music, lighting and space really allow you to dine in a casual yet trendy jungle setting. The food truck, once the restaurant’s main home, now sits in the center of its new permanent beach adjacent garden location on Tulum’s bustling hotel strip. It’s every foodie’s dream – cocktails and after-meal hammocks included!
