T’s Tan Tan is a staple for vegan ramen in Tokyo and you’ll be glad to know that there’s one conveniently located in the Ikebukuro JR station. You’ll need to be inside the turnstiles access it, but if you’re not just passing through, know a metro fare is a small price to pay for a good meal.
It’s easy to use their self-ordering ticket machine at the entrance. If you have any issues, the staff will walk you through the options. Although the restaurant is much smaller than its sister locations in Tokyo Station and Jiyugaoka, the food was just as satisfying.
