Named after the Hirado Jangara Festival of Nagasaki, the food at Vegan Bistro Jangara is a festival of flavors unto itself. Opened in early 2021, it’s the latest restaurant opened by small ramen chain Kyushu Jangara. For those of you who are already fans of their ramen, you’ll be happy to know they built the new 100% vegan bistro just above their Harajuku ramen location!
The eatery is calm, casual, and inviting from the first step you take inside. If you’re lucky, you can snag one of the seats by the windows overlooking the street. With such an extensive menu and reasonable prices, we found it hard to not order more than we could stomach. We promise, you’ll come back time and time again to discover something new – hopefully with friends!
