Noodle Stand

Noodle Stand is a ramen restaurant that prides itself on ethical ramen. So it comes as no surprise that they have a well-developed vegan ramen as a staple on their menu.

While not the $100 bowl of ramen this eatery is (in)famous for, the vegan option is more affordable and worth every Yen. It’s one of the more unique bowls of ramen we have tried – with thick broth that tastes more like a coconut tomato curry soup than traditional miso or soy sauce broth. It’s also topped heavy with veggies like broccoli, onion, tomatoes, and whole beans making this an especially filling meal. Check them out if you’re in the Harajuku area!
