The owner works his magic only but a few feet away inside his narrow but vibrant shop. He’s a jovial character who enjoyed teaching us Japanese slang while we ate. [Say めっちゃ美味しい Meccha Oishiiii after you take a bite out of this!] Each mouthful packs a flavorful punch, but know that his food is no frills and no-fuss. He piles on the veggies and seasonings unsparingly so you won’t feel unfulfilled in the least by the time you leave.
